 Achievements
Food Science being the application of the basic sciences and engineering to study the basic and fundamental physical, chemical, and biochemical nature of foods along with the principles of food processing. To be a succesful food scientist, graduates need a through knowledge of the subject as well as soft skills. The Food Science Association formed in the year 1997 enhances the skills of students and develop their personality. During this academic year 2009-2010 two of our students secured the second and third position in M.G. University. Smt. Aneeta Jose secured the second rank in B.Sc. (Food Science and Quality Control). Smt. Mareena secured the third rank in B.Sc. (Food Science and Quality Control). |
