The English Department has a full fledged Language Laboratory with 15 cubicles. The communicative skills classes are held here. The students   find it very   beneficial as they are able to enhance their   fluency in English speech. The UGC has given a grant to the department to conduct an add-on course in Communicative English. The department has been conducting certificate courses for the past 5 years in the language laboratory. The department also has an internet connection and students are encouraged to use this facility to improve their knowledge. More than 500 books are kept in the department library and the students use them for their project work.
