Department of Zoology

The Zoology Department started functioning in the college in 1959 under Prof. T. Joseph who was the then head of the dept. As part of the efforts to perform efficiently, the Department Association holds competitions and other activities every year. Seminars and talks by eminent personalities are conducted frequently. There is a fully equipped zoology lab for physiology, anatomy etc. and another lab for dissection alone, as part of the department.
